For other events we have designed a Corporate PA package which is suitable for functions such as company promotions, banquets, fashion shows and store launches as a few examples.

CORPORATE PARTY PACKAGE (Prices start from £400)

This is the ultimate package for any corporate event. You will get top of the range DMX lighting, this means when we are playing slower songs the lights will act accordingly, during faster pieces of music the DJ controls the lighting to give you great visual effects. You will also get a high quality sound system suitable for up to 250 people.

This package includes up to 4 hours of music with the option to add extra hours at a competitive price if required. In addition you will have access to our online tools to prepare your playlist and plan your event. You will also have the capability to allow your guest to contribute to your playlist directly via our online system.

In addition to the packages above you can make it more tailored to suit you with various different options which you can read in detail below.

OPTIONAL ADDONS

Early setup
This will be required if you want to have minimum disruption near to the start time of the event. This is charged per 30 minutes. Please note that if you feel that we will not disturb anyone and have 90 minutes in advance of the start to set up then this option will not be required.

Background music
Suitable for those occasions where subtle background music is required before the start, for example during a meal. This is chargeable per 30 minutes., Please note that it is only required if you want us for more than the standard 4 hours offered in the package.

Additional time
If your main event requires our services for more than the 4 hours offered in our package then this is what you need to opt for when obtaining an online quote. This is chargeable per 30 minutes.

Karaoke
Fancy being the star of the party by showcasing your vocal talents? This is guaranteed to provide great entertainment and laughs for all. Cordless microphones are used to avoid getting into a tangle. We have over 10,000 songs to choose from.

Flat screen display
There are various uses for this but to give you an idea you could possibly have a promo video running or a selection of pictures to highlight the year gone whilst giving a speech. If interested, please let us know what you intend to use the screen for and we will be able to work with you in order to get the material together.

Flutter fetti
A flutter fetti cannon is released at a time of your choosing. Perfect for those events such as store or product launches or perhaps just for the sake of it to add a bit of fun to the event.

Smoke machine
Ideal for setting the scene for a small stage or platform for example. Please check if smoke machines are allowed in the venue before you order.

Bubble machine
Perfect for those events such as store or product launches or perhaps just for the sake of it to add a bit of fun to the event.

Wireless headset
A hands free solution useful for giving demonstrations of a product. Using UHF radio frequencies it can transmit up to 50 meters away, providing crystal clear sound.

Wireless lapel microphone
A hands free solution useful for those speeches or giving demonstrations of a product. Using UHF radio frequencies it can transmit up to 50 meters away, providing crystal clear sound.

Wireless microphone
1 radio microphone is already offered in the package but we can supply another one if required.

Sub Woofer
Add a sub woofer to the Corporate PA package system, this will provide a richer sound than the standard 2 speaker system.
